Shipping policy
ANTIBrand products are made to order especially for you. This helps reduce waste and overproduction, and allows us to offer a wide range of designs without producing unnecessary stock. Plus you don't need to worry about sizes going out of stock if you need to take advantage of the free size exchange.
All designs are created in the UK and customer service is handled personally by our team. Once your item has been made, it is shipped directly from the manufacturer to you.
How Our Made-to-Order Process Works
When you place an order, your item is produced specifically for you.
Production typically takes 2–5 working days. Once the item has been completed, it is shipped directly from the manufacturer to your delivery address.
This process allows us to minimise waste and avoid overproduction while still offering a wide variety of designs.
Please allow a little extra time compared with traditional retail shipping, as each item is created especially for your order.
Shipping Rates
We currently offer flat-rate shipping:
- United Kingdom: FREE when you spend £40+ (£4.99 per order below that).
- International (EU, USA, Canada, Australia & New Zealand): FREE when you spend £40+ (£5.99 per order below that).
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times begin once your order has been produced and dispatched.
Typical delivery estimates are:
- United Kingdom: 5–10 working days after dispatch
- European Union: 5–10 working days
- USA & Canada: 7–12 working days
- Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 working days
Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on postal services and local conditions.
Total Delivery Time Estimates
The total amount of time you should allow after completing your order is as follows.
- United Kingdom: 7–15 working days after dispatch
- European Union: 7–15 working days
- USA & Canada: 9–17 working days

Physical Origin
We ship your order direct from our production partners in China and the United Kingdom. We choose to send direct and be transparent about this, in order to minimise the carbon footprint. Returns are handled in the United Kingdom.
Customs, Duties and Import Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes or import fees depending on the destination country.
These charges are determined by the destination country's authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays
While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the estimated timeframes, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside our control such as postal disruptions, customs processing, or carrier delays.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly when placing your order.
We cannot be responsible for deliveries made to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Missing Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we will help investigate with the shipping carrier.
