Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

As all items are made to order, we do not offer free returns for refunds. However, we know it’s not always easy to get the perfect fit, so we offer free size exchanges and free returns if you choose store credit instead of a refund.

To help reduce unnecessary shipping and the environmental impact of returns, we encourage customers to order the size they believe will fit best and use our free size exchange if needed.

Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering. If the fit still isn’t quite right, we’ll be happy to help with a size exchange.

Return conditions

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with tags and packaging where possible.

You may try items on as you would in a shop, but items returned with signs of wear or use beyond this may be subject to a reduction in refund value.

How to start a return

To start a return, please contact us at hello@antibrand.store with your order number and details of the item you would like to return.

We will provide instructions and, if requested, a return shipping label.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to process them.

Returning your item

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your return
  • You may use your own tracked return method, or request a return label from us
  • If you use our return label for a refund, £3.99 will be deducted from your refund
  • Return labels are free for size exchanges, store credit returns, and faulty or incorrect items
  • We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund to your original payment method.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect, or you are cancelling your order under your European Union cooling-off rights. In that case, we will refund the cost of standard delivery, but not any additional amount paid for express or upgraded shipping.

Exchanges & store credit

We offer free size exchanges to help you get the right fit without needing to place a new order.

If you choose store credit instead of a refund, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

UK & European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is delivered to the United Kingdom or  a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within this period. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Items should be returned in their original condition, with tags and packaging where possible. You are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and fit of the item.

If you cancel your order under the European Union cooling-off period, we will refund all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, once the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided. Any additional costs for express or upgraded shipping are non-refundable.

Orders cancelled under the European Union cooling-off period are not eligible for free return shipping unless faulty. You will need to arrange your own return shipping via a tracked service at your own cost.
