How ANTIBrand Works

ANTIBrand products are made to order, which means your item is created especially for you after you place your order.

This approach allows us to offer a wide range of designs while reducing waste and overproduction. Instead of producing large quantities of clothing that may never be worn, each item is made only when someone actually wants it.

All ANTIBrand designs are created in the UK by a real human (not a trend algorithm). Customer support is handled personally by our team, so if you ever need help, you're speaking with real people who care about the brand.

What Happens When You Place an Order

You place your order on our website.
Your item is sent into production.
The garment is printed or manufactured specifically for you.
Once completed, it is shipped directly from the manufacturer to your delivery address.

Production typically takes 2–5 working days. After that, the item is dispatched and delivered according to the shipping timeframes for your location.

This process is slightly different from traditional retail, but it allows us to create items only when they are needed.

Why We Use Made-to-Order Production

Made-to-order production has several advantages:

Less waste - items are produced only when someone actually wants them.
More designs - we can offer a wider variety of graphics and styles.
No mass overproduction - helping reduce the environmental impact of fashion.
Consistent availability - items are not produced in limited batches that quickly sell out.

We believe clothing should be created because someone wants it, not because it needs to fill warehouse shelves.

What This Means for Sizing

Because items are produced on demand rather than in limited stock batches, sizes generally do not sell out.

This means you don't need to worry about your size disappearing while waiting for an exchange.

If the size you ordered isn't quite right, we offer a free size exchange. Simply contact us and we'll help arrange the replacement.

We encourage customers to order the size they believe will fit best and use our free exchange service if needed.

Shipping

Once your item has been produced, it is shipped directly from the manufacturer to you. Our manufacturers are based in China and elsewhere. We want to be as transparent as possible about this. Sending direct from our manufacturers cuts down on unnecessary transport, cuts storage use and allows for more unique design. If you check your other clothing labels, chances are you'll find they were made pretty far afield.
